with special talents of the disabled.
ArtWecan is the group established on July 2013 in order to help artists with disabilities to consolidate
the basis who cannot properly unfold their special dreams because of their disabilities.
Artists with developmental disabilities in Korea whose major is music or who have completed
the music major can become a member of the association. ArtWecan provides the opportunities
of music education
and concert activities for artists with disabilities.
Artists with disabilities can also become a special member.
ArtWecan has made an effort to prepare opportunities for people with disabilities to
communicate and live along with general populations through music and arts
beyond disability and find a method for them to establish
their independent basis and pursue happy life.
I beseech your concern and encouragement to give artists with
disabilities the dream and hope for their future happiness.
